RBI and two other banks receive bomb threat at 11 places and sender demands for resignation of FM Sitharaman and Governor Das.
Today RBI, HDFC and ICICI banks received bomb threats and Mumbai Police also confirmed it. Sender demands for resignation of Financial Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das. Mail claimed that 11 bombs were placed.
Mumbai Police had searched as per mail but didn’t see anything as per sender said in mail. Police registered case started investigation. And the security was tightened at that places.
In that mail they said, “This scam involves RBI Governer ‘Shaktikanta Das’, Finance Minister ‘Nirmala Sitharaman’, some of the top banking officials and some renowned ministers of India we have sufficient solid proofs for the same,”. The mail 10:50 am warned that by 1.30 pm all the demands need to be done into actions otherwise all 11 bombs will be blasted on by one.
Police registered case and it was under investigation till now nothing dangerous happened and police were in high alert.
