Exactly after Hindenburg’s report Congress declared that they are going to protects in front of SBI and LIC offices in every district. Nearly 80,000 Crores were exposed by Indian Banks to Adani. SBI chairman said 0.88% of there total loans were given to this group. Bank of Baroda and Punjab National Banks were exposed nearly 5,500 Crores and 7,000 Crores respectively.
Big Game for LIC
LIC and Government has answered to Congress with numbers. LIC invested Rs 36,474.78 Crore (9,15,748 shares) into this Group last year. On 31 March 2024 the value of that shares Rs 61,210 Crore. This shows the profit is about 22,739 Crore which is nearly 59%. LIC invested in different companies of Adani.
