In a shocking incident reminiscent of the 2001 attack, two men jumped from the visitor’s gallery into the Lok Sabha chamber during proceedings, emitting an unidentified yellow smoke from canisters in their shoes.

CCTV footage from inside shows one man in a dark blue shirt leaping over desks in an attempt to evade capture as yellow smoke fills the room, while a second man sprayed more smoke from the gallery above. Members of Parliament and security staff quickly mobilized to subdue the men in the chamber.
Sources tell us the men were able to gain entry by presenting references from an unnamed MP, allowing them past security. All four suspects involved in the incident have been taken into custody for questioning as police launch an investigation into how the breach occurred.
