Indian Armed forces reached Hanoi, Vietnam to take part in fourth edition of joint Military Exercise VINBAX-2023. It will be conducted from 11th to 21st of December 2023.
Indian forces are pumped to send 39 troops from an elite Engineer Regiment of the renowned Bengal Engineer Group, along with six medical professionals from the heroic Army Medical Corps to participate in the epic Joint Army exercise VINBAX-2023! Vietnam will also contribute 45 of their most courageous Army personnel to join in on the action. This marks the fourth installment of the legendary VINBAX exercises.
Kicking off in 2018, the very first edition took place in the magnificent city of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and set the standard for what was to come. Held annually in alternating nations, last year’s showdown occurred at the illustrious Chandimandir Military Station in August 2022. This time around, the goal is to further strengthen interoperability and exchange the best tactical practices between the two sides, in support of United Nations peacekeeping missions.
The exercise will feature both a Command Post simulation and live Field Training, zeroing in on deploying an entire Engineer Company along with a Medical Team to showcase their critical skills. With cooperation and competition in equal measure, VINBAX 2023 is sure to up the ante and take collaboration between these militaries to even greater heights.
